Below is a list of qualifications and doctrine of what we're looking for in a minister:

1. Believes the Holy Bible is the inerrant word of God.

2. A man or woman who has been called by God to the ministry and takes their calling seriously.

3. A strong leader who is of a reputable character, humble, moral and upright, prayerful and spiritual.

4. Hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he/she may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it.
